1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 cup diced tomatoes (you can choose with or without green chilies)

1 packet taco seasoning

4 large flour tortillas

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup fresh green onions, chopped

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper, to taste

Optional toppings: sliced jalapeños, sliced avocado

Cook the Turkey: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Once hot, add the ground turkey, seasoning it with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

    Add the Seasoning: Stir in the taco seasoning into the cooked turkey. Follow the package instructions—this often involves adding a small amount of water (around 1/4 cup). Simmer the mixture for about 2-3 minutes, stirring until thoroughly combined and fragrant.

      Mix Ingredients: Incorporate the drained black beans and diced tomatoes into the skillet. Stir the mixture well to combine everything and allow it to heat through, about 2 additional minutes, so the flavors meld beautifully. Once done, remove the skillet from the heat.

        Assemble the Wraps: On a clean surface, lay one tortilla flat. Spoon a generous portion of the turkey and chili mixture onto the center of the tortilla. Sprinkle a handful of shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
