Prepare the Cream Cheese Mixture: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, honey, ground cinnamon, and cayenne pepper. Use a spatula or whisk to mix until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness or spice by adding more honey or cayenne if desired.

    Warm the Tortillas: Place a dry skillet over medium heat. Warm each tortilla in the skillet for about 30 seconds on each side until they are pliable and warm. This step will make it easier to roll the wraps without tearing the tortillas.
