1 lb asparagus, trimmed

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

Zest and juice of 1 lemon

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnishing

Marinate the Chicken: In a medium-sized mixing bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined. Place the chicken breasts in the bowl, ensuring they are fully coated in the marinade. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for enhanced flavor.
