1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

2 medium zucchinis, sliced into half-moons

1 red bell pepper, chopped into bite-sized pieces

1 cup sweet corn (frozen or fresh)

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix (store-bought or homemade)

3 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley or chives, chopped, for garnish (optional)

Prepare the Foil: Preheat your grill or oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut four large sheets of aluminum foil, each about 12 inches long, and lay them flat on a clean work surface.

    Mix the Chicken and Vegetables: In a sizeable mixing bowl, combine the bite-sized chicken pieces, sliced zucchini, chopped bell pepper, sweet corn, and halved cherry tomatoes.
