8 small corn or flour tortillas

2 cups green cabbage, finely shredded

1/2 cup carrots, shredded

1/4 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

1 tablespoon honey

2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped (plus more for garnish)

Sliced avocado and lime wedges, for serving

Prepare the Shrimp: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the peeled and deveined shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, ground cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss well to ensure all the shrimp are coated evenly with the spices.
