Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Spread the tortilla chips evenly on a large baking sheet or an oven-safe dish.
Distribute the shredded turkey over the tortilla chips.
Spoon the stuffing over the turkey, ensuring it's distributed well.
Generously sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top of the nachos.
In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder and black pepper, then sprinkle over the entire dish for added flavor.
Place the nachos in the preheated oven and bake for about 12.5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Once baked, remove from the oven and drizzle cranberry sauce on top. Add dollops of sour cream and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
If desired, add fresh parsley for a splash of color and freshness.
