2 tablespoons olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 inch piece of ginger, grated

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup for sweetness

1 teaspoon sesame oil for added flavor

1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water (optional for a thicker sauce)

Prepare the Vegetables: Begin by washing all the fresh produce. Slice the peaches into wedges, slice the red bell pepper into thin strips, and cut the zucchini into half-moons. Trim the ends of the snap peas and separate the broccoli into smaller florets.
