4 cups water

4 green tea bags

2 ripe peaches, pitted and sliced

1/4 cup honey (or agave syrup, adjusted to taste)

Juice of 1 lemon

Boil Water: In a medium saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a rolling boil over medium-high heat.

    Brew Tea: Once the water is boiling, carefully remove the saucepan from the heat. Add the green tea bags and let them steep for 3 to 5 minutes, depending on your desired tea strength—longer steeping yields a stronger flavor.

      Prepare Peaches: While the tea is steeping, place the sliced peaches into a blender. Blend until smooth to create a vibrant peach puree. If you like, set aside a few peach slices for garnishing.

        Sweeten the Tea: Once the tea has finished steeping, remove and discard the tea bags. Stir in the honey (or agave syrup) until it is completely dissolved, then mix in the freshly squeezed lemon juice for brightness.
