1 cup chicken broth (low-sodium recommended)

1 cup heavy cream

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon paprika (smoked for a deeper flavor, if desired)

½ teaspoon black pepper

Salt to taste

½ cup cooked quinoa or brown rice (optional, for added texture and heartiness)

Heat the skillet: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat until shimmering but not smoking.

    Cook the chicken: Carefully add the diced chicken to the skillet and season it with salt, black pepper, onion powder, and paprika. Cook for approximately 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is browned and fully cooked through. Once done, transfer the chicken to a plate and set aside.
