1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

¼ cup granulated sugar

2 cups ice cream (any flavor you desire)

1 cup chocolate chips or fresh fruit (for topping)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Crust:

    - In a mixing bowl, combine 1 ½ cups of graham cracker crumbs, ½ cup of melted unsalted butter, and ¼ cup of granulated sugar. Mix thoroughly until the ingredients are well incorporated and the mixture has a sandy texture.

      Form the Crust:

          - Take a mini muffin tin and firmly pack the graham cracker mixture into the bottom and up the sides of each muffin cup, making sure to compact it well.
