1 head of butter lettuce, leaves separated and washed

1 cup shredded carrots

1 cup cucumber, thinly sliced

1/4 cup green onions, chopped

1/2 cup vegan ranch dressing (optional for drizzling)

Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish

Prep the Tofu: Start by cutting the pressed and drained tofu into bite-sized cubes, ensuring they are roughly uniform for even cooking.

    Marinate: In a medium-sized mixing bowl, whisk together the buffalo sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined. Add the tofu cubes to the bowl and gently toss until all pieces are evenly coated in the marinade. Allow the tofu to marinate for at least 15 minutes to absorb the flavors.
