Ingredients

2 cups rolled oats

1 cup mixed nuts (choose from almonds, walnuts, or pecans)

1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes

1/2 cup pure maple syrup

1/4 cup coconut oil, melted

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

1/2 cup dried cranberries or raisins (optional)

1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 325°F (160°C). Prepare a large baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper to prevent sticking.

Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, mixed nuts, coconut flakes, ground cinnamon, and sea salt. Use a large spoon or spatula to stir the ingredients until they are well mixed and evenly distributed.

Combine Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, use a whisk to mix together the pure maple syrup and melted coconut oil until the mixture is smooth and thoroughly combined.

Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients: Gradually pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients in the large mixing bowl. Use a spatula or wooden spoon to mix thoroughly, ensuring that all the dry ingredients are evenly coated with the liquid mixture.

Form Clusters: With your clean hands, take portions of the mixture and squeeze them to form clusters of your desired size. Place these clusters onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each for even baking.

Bake: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven. Bake the granola clusters for approximately 20–25 minutes, or until they are golden brown and aromatic. Remember to stir the clusters halfway through the baking time to promote even browning.

Cool: Once they are baked to a lovely golden hue, remove the baking sheet from the oven. Allow the granola clusters to cool completely on the baking sheet. As they cool, they will firm up and develop a delightful crunchiness.

Add Extras: If you’d like to include dried cranberries or raisins, and chocolate chips, gently fold them into the cooled granola clusters using a spatula.

Store: Carefully transfer the granola clusters to an airtight container. They can be stored at room temperature for up to 2 weeks, making them a perfect snack for on-the-go!
