2 tablespoons honey

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, finely chopped (for garnish)

    Prepare the Carrots: For regular carrots, peel them and cut into even sticks approximately 2 inches long. If using baby carrots, simply wash them thoroughly and allow to dry.

Stir the mixture continuously until well combined and aromatic. Taste the mixture and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper according to your preference.
