Ingredients

1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and black pepper, to taste

4 large flour tortillas (or whole wheat for a healthier option)

2 cups Romaine lettuce, chopped

1/2 cup Caesar dressing

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup croutons, crushed

Fresh lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

Marinate the Shrimp: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the bowl, making sure they are evenly coated with the marinade. Allow the shrimp to marinate for 15-20 minutes at room temperature to enhance the flavors.

Preheat the Grill: Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. It’s important that the grill is fully heated to ensure a good sear on the shrimp, which will lock in their juices.

Grill the Shrimp: Once the grill is hot, place the marinated shrimp on it in a single layer. Grill the shrimp for approximately 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they become pink and opaque. Ensure not to overcrowd the grill and remove them as soon as they’re cooked to avoid overcooking. Set the grilled shrimp aside on a plate.

Prepare the Wrap Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped Romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, grated Parmesan cheese, and crushed croutons. Toss gently until the lettuce is thoroughly coated with the dressing and the other ingredients are evenly distributed.

Assemble the Wraps: Take a tortilla and lay it flat on a clean surface. In the center of the tortilla, spoon a generous amount of the lettuce mixture and top it with a few pieces of the grilled shrimp. Fold in the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it tightly from the bottom up to create a secure wrap. Repeat this process with the remaining tortillas and filling.

Serve: Slice the assembled wraps in half diagonally to reveal the colorful filling inside. Arrange them on a serving platter and serve immediately with fresh lemon wedges on the side for a zesty addition.

Prep Time: 25 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes | Servings: 4 wraps

                - Presentation Tips: For an appealing presentation, serve the wraps on a platter lined with parchment paper and garnish with extra croutons and Parmesan shavings on top. Add a sprinkle of chopped parsley for a pop of color!
