Grilled Peach & Burrata Salad

2 ripe peaches, halved and pitted

1 tablespoon olive oil

4 cups arugula or mixed greens

8 ounces burrata cheese, torn into bite-sized pieces

¼ cup toasted walnuts, roughly chopped

2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
