Ingredients

For the Fruit Skewers:

1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and halved

1 cup sweet pineapple chunks

1 cup ripe kiwi, peeled and sliced

1 cup juicy grapes (red or green)

1 cup watermelon, cut into bite-sized cubes

1 medium banana, sliced

12-15 wooden or bamboo skewers

For the Yogurt Dip:

1 cup creamy plain Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons honey (or to taste)

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)

Fresh mint leaves for garnishing (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Fruit:

    - Rinse all the fruits thoroughly under cold running water to remove any dirt.

      - Hull and halve the strawberries. Cut the watermelon into bite-sized cubes. Peel and slice the kiwi. To keep the banana from browning, slice it just before you start assembling the skewers.

        Make the Yogurt Dip:

          - In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and optional ground cinnamon.

            - Stir the mixture vigorously with a whisk or a spoon until it reaches a smooth and creamy consistency. Taste the dip and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey if desired.

              Assemble the Skewers:

                - Take a wooden skewer and begin threading the fruit pieces onto it. Feel free to be imaginative with your arrangements! For a vibrant display, alternate pieces like a strawberry, followed by a pineapple chunk, then a slice of kiwi, and a banana slice.

                  - Continue this method until all fruit and skewers are utilized, creating a rainbow of flavors.

                    Chill:

                      - Once assembled, place the skewers on a large platter. Cover them with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 15 minutes. This allows the flavors to meld beautifully while keeping the fruit refreshingly cool.

                        Serve:

                          - Present the chilled fruit skewers alongside the creamy yogurt dip. For an elegant touch, garnish the dip with a few fresh mint leaves, adding a pop of color and freshness.

                            Prep Time: 20 minutes | Total Time: 35 minutes | Servings: 6-8

                              - Presentation Tips: Arrange the skewers in a standing position in a tall glass or jar for a fun and festive display, making them easy for everyone to grab!
