2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

1/2 cup coconut milk

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust based on sweetness preference)

1 teaspoon ground cardamom

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

A pinch of salt

1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Silicone mold or ice cube tray

Prepare the Mangoes: Begin by peeling the ripe mangoes and cutting them into small, bite-sized pieces. Ensure the mangoes are soft and sweet for the best flavor. If you choose to use frozen mango, allow it to thaw slightly at room temperature for easier blending.

    Blend Ingredients: In a high-speed blender, combine the diced mangoes, plain Greek yogurt, coconut milk, honey or maple syrup, ground cardamom, vanilla extract, a pinch of salt, and the freshly squeezed lime juice. Blend thoroughly until you achieve a silky smooth and creamy mixture.

      Taste and Adjust: Take a spoonful of the mixture to taste it. Adjust the sweetness according to your preference by adding more honey or maple syrup if necessary.

        Fill the Molds: Carefully pour the mango lassi mixture into your silicone mold or ice cube tray. Make sure to leave a small gap at the top of each compartment to allow for expansion as the mixture freezes.
