4 large whole wheat tortillas

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

1 medium ripe avocado, sliced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

½ red onion, thinly sliced

½ cup crumbled feta cheese

½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Juice of 1 lime

½ cup Greek yogurt or sour cream (optional, for serving)

Marinate the Chicken: In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, smoked paprika, ground cumin, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper until well combined. Add the chicken breasts to the bowl, ensuring they are fully coated in the spice mixture.
