1 cup raw or toasted pecans

1 cup shelled sunflower seeds

1 cup pumpkin seeds (pepitas)

1 cup crispy rice cereal

1/2 cup honey

1/4 cup maple syrup

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt

1 cup mixed dried fruits (such as raisins, cranberries, and apricots)

Optional: 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips for an added sweetness

Preheat Your Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a large baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper to prevent sticking.

    Prepare the Nut and Seed Blend: In a spacious mixing bowl, combine the almonds, walnuts, pecans, sunflower seeds, and pumpkin seeds. Stir them gently to mix before proceeding.

      Create the Honey Blend: In a small saucepan set over low heat, combine the honey, maple syrup, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and sea salt. Stir continuously for about 2-3 minutes until the mixture is warm and all components are well blended; be careful not to let it boil.
