2 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream

1 cup (240 ml) low-sodium chicken broth

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 cup (70 g) fresh spinach, chopped

½ cup (50 g) grated Parmesan cheese

¼ cup (60 g) cream cheese, softened

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Cook the Pasta:

    - Begin by bringing a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil.

      - Add the fettuccine and cook according to the package instructions until al dente, usually about 8-10 minutes.

        - Once cooked, drain the pasta and set it aside. Be sure to reserve ½ cup of the starchy pasta water for later use.

          Prepare the Chicken:

            - Season the chicken breasts generously on both sides with salt and black pepper.
