    Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, add the dark chocolate chips. Heat in the microwave at 30-second intervals, stirring well in between each interval, until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth. Take care not to overheat, as this can cause the chocolate to seize.

      Assemble the Bark: Line a baking sheet (approximately 9x13 inches or a similar size) with parchment paper to facilitate easy removal. Pour the yogurt mixture onto the parchment paper and use a spatula to spread it evenly to a thickness of about 1/4 inch.
