Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

16 oz refrigerated flaky biscuit dough

1 cup Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

2 teaspoons garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan thoroughly with cooking spray or softened butter to prevent sticking.

Prepare the Chicken Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir well to ensure all the ingredients are evenly incorporated and coated in the sauce.

Prepare the Biscuit Dough: Open the package of biscuit dough. Using kitchen scissors or a sharp knife, cut each biscuit into four equal pieces. This will help create bite-sized pieces for the monkey bread.

Coat the Biscuit Pieces: In a separate bowl, pour the melted butter over the biscuit pieces. Toss the pieces gently to ensure they are completely covered in butter, which adds flavor and helps with browning.

Layer the Monkey Bread: Start layering the monkey bread in the prepared bundt pan. Begin by placing one-third of the butter-coated biscuit pieces evenly at the bottom of the pan. Then, add half of the chicken and cheese mixture on top. Repeat this layering process one more time, ending with the last third of the biscuit pieces on the very top.

Add More Cheese: If there is any remaining cheese mixture, sprinkle it over the final layer of biscuit pieces to ensure a cheesy, flavorful top.

Bake: Carefully place the bundt pan in the preheated oven. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is beautifully golden brown and the biscuits are cooked through.

Cool Before Serving: Once baked, remove the bundt pan from the oven and allow it to cool for about 10 minutes. This cooling time will help the monkey bread hold its shape when inverted.

Garnish and Serve: To finish, drizzle a little extra Alfredo sauce on top of the monkey bread and sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley for a burst of color. Pull apart the buttery, cheesy pieces and enjoy this delightful dish while it’s warm for the best experience!
