Ingredients

8 oz wide egg noodles

1 cup diced smoked deli meats (a mix of ham, salami, and pepperoni)

1 cup diced cheese (blend of cheddar, gouda, and pepper jack)

1 cup sliced olives (both black and green varieties)

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

2 cups heavy cream

1/2 cup whole milk

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp dried oregano

Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and allow it to preheat while you prepare the other components.

Cook the Noodles: In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add a generous pinch of salt. Add the wide egg noodles and cook them until they are al dente according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain the noodles and set them aside in a large mixing bowl.

Prepare the Meat and Veggies: In another large mixing bowl, combine the diced smoked meats, assorted cheeses, sliced olives, and halved cherry tomatoes. Stir the mixture well to ensure that all ingredients are evenly distributed.

Make the Cream Mixture: In a separate bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, and a sprinkle of salt and freshly ground black pepper until the mixture is smooth and well combined.

Combine Ingredients: Pour the meat and veggie mixture into the bowl with the cooked noodles. Then, carefully pour the cream mixture over everything, tossing gently until all ingredients are completely coated in the creamy sauce.

Transfer to Casserole Dish: Grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish with cooking spray or butter. Pour the noodle mixture into the dish, spreading it out evenly so it cooks uniformly.

Add Mozzarella: Generously sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the top of the casserole for that perfect cheesy layer.

Bake: Cover the casserole dish with aluminum foil to prevent over-browning. Bake it in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. After that time, carefully remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the mozzarella is bubbling and has turned a beautiful golden brown.

Garnish and Serve: Remove the casserole from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes to allow flavors to settle. If desired, garnish with freshly chopped parsley for a pop of color. Serve warm and enjoy!
