Buffalo Chicken Lettuce Wraps

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1/2 cup buffalo sauce (adjust based on your spice preference)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1 head of romaine or butter lettuce, leaves gently separated

1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)

1/2 cup diced celery

1/2 cup diced carrots

1 ripe avocado, thinly sliced

Fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped for garnish

Cook the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. While the oil heats up, season the chicken breasts generously with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is no longer pink in the center and has an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
