2 cups rolled oats

1 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)

1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1/4 cup almond butter (or any nut butter of your choice)

1/4 cup light brown sugar, packed

2 ripe bananas, mashed

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon salt

Optional toppings: sliced almonds, coconut flakes, or additional blueberries for garnish

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare an 8x8 inch baking dish by lightly greasing it or lining it with parchment paper for easier removal later on.

    Combine Wet Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, blend the mashed bananas, almond milk, almond butter, and honey (or maple syrup). Add the vanilla extract and mix everything together until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

      Mix Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the rolled oats, packed brown sugar, baking powder, ground cinnamon, and salt until combined uniformly.

        Combine Mixtures: Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture to the wet ingredient blend. Stir gently until just combined. Carefully fold in the blueberries, taking care not to overmix the batter to preserve the blueberries’ integrity.
