4 large whole wheat tortillas

1 cup fresh spinach leaves, washed and dried

1 cup arugula, washed and dried

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup cucumbers, thinly sliced

1 cup shredded carrots

1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

1/2 cup cooked and diced chicken breast (optional for added protein)

1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette (store-bought or homemade)

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)

Prep the Ingredients: Begin by thoroughly washing all fresh vegetables. Slice the cucumbers and halve the cherry tomatoes. If you haven’t bought pre-shredded carrots, use a grater to shred them finely. For the chicken, ensure it is fully cooked and diced into bite-sized pieces.

    Assemble the Wrap: Lay a tortilla flat on a clean, dry surface. Spread a thin layer of balsamic vinaigrette evenly across the entire tortilla to enhance flavor.

      Layer the Greens: In the center of the tortilla, pile a generous handful of spinach and arugula, leaving about 1-2 inches of space at the edges to allow for easy folding.

        Add Vegetables & Cheese: Next, layer on the thinly sliced cucumbers, halved cherry tomatoes, and shredded carrots. If you’re incorporating chicken, scatter the diced pieces over the veggies. Finish by sprinkling crumbled feta cheese on top.

          Season: Lightly season the filled wrap with salt and pepper. For an aromatic touch, add a few fresh basil leaves over the filling.
