1 cup broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)

1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a cheese blend of your choice)

1/2 cup half-and-half or cream (optional for an extra creamy texture)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (or substitute with dried thyme)

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish (optional)
